DreamMirror Account Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your DreamMirror account and associated data.

Effective date: April 12, 2026

Delete your account in the app

If you can still access DreamMirror, you can request account deletion directly inside the app.

  1. Open DreamMirror
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Open the account deletion option
  4. Confirm the request using your account credentials if prompted

Delete your account without the app

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email.

Send your request to: support@aeropyxtech.com

Please send the request from the email address associated with your DreamMirror account, or include that email address in your message.

Use the subject line: DreamMirror Account Deletion Request

What will be deleted

When your deletion request is completed, DreamMirror will delete your account and the journal data associated with it from the active DreamMirror service, including saved dream entries and related reflection data associated with your account.

What may be retained

We may retain limited information where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our terms.

Examples may include limited technical or security records needed to document or complete the deletion process.

Processing time

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
